The Management is very specific in their approach in providing all the resources by way of finance, technology human resources and other required infrastructure to continuously review and update the effectiveness and adequacy of the HACCP and other required systems. 

The management is implementing quality systems for improvement of the product quality through proper communication and interaction with the employees of the company.
The ‘Quality Control System Process’ begins with customer requirements and follows an accurate methodology to convert them into design requirements. It optimizes products and process design instead of reacting to customer’s problem later.

Well managed quality assurance team not only guarantees the quality of the product but also provides guidance to the all supporting strata in our cold chain. All our stake holders are being trained by our team of professionally qualified quality team with adequate experience in fish processing and HACCP.
